HEALTH

At it's root, good health starts with good nutrition. Cooking, eating and living healthy doesn't have to be hard or expensive. But it does require you to be different than the average American. From photography to gardening to small DIY projects, my inner creative being is always bursting to come out. A marketer by trade and an interior design enthusiast, crafter and photographer by dream - whenever time permits I'm always up for tapping into the right side of my brain.
